The existence of an English, and by extension, British cooking has always been subject of a controversial debate since, nowadays, only traces can be found, frozen, at the very bottom of the Supermarket fridges.
That's why I got so amazed and stunned when I was overtaken in my car by a van announcing British food for people living in the Spanish Costa Brava. I could not verify whether this was real or not, but I took a photo for others to check.
Other sources say that some other importers have ventured themselves in this unexplored field.
So the question remains open.
